HR Functions & Tasks
Human resources are comprised of nine functions which include more than one
hundred specific tasks. (See the chart below for a list of tasks for each HR
function) Any or all of these HR functions and tasks can be outsourced.
Pinnacle offers four HR outsourcing (HRO) models.
The proper HRO model is determined by the number and scope of HR functions and
tasks that are outsourced.
