Pinnacle’s Approach
Pinnacle uses a very specific approach to design a client solution.
- Needs Analysis –Pinnacle first performs a needs analysis in which Pinnacle evaluates more than 100 variables in the client’s current HR capability and future HR needs. From this analysis, Pinnacle creates a client HR profile. The needs analysis is used to assess a fit with one or more of Pinnacle’s many prescreened Outsourcing partners. In some cases, using multiple vendors provides the ideal HR Outsourcing solution. No other “single point“ in HR Outsourcing can provide as complete and custom a solution.
- Service Partner Proposal – Based upon the results of the needs analysis, Pinnacle develops a “Request for Proposal”, which Pinnacle sends to the selected service partner or combination of service partners that will best meet the client’s HR needs. Pinnacle then provides the client with an analysis of the proposals along with a recommendation.
- Implementation –Pinnacle then works with the client and the service partner to coordinate the implementation of the HR service. Working with Pinnacle ensures an implementation using proven project management methodology and team members focused on you, working directly with your vendors and committed to a smooth transition. As part of this commitment, Pinnacle works with the client’s legacy partners to insure that the HR solution properly synchronizes with the client’s existing technology, insurance policies, and legal procedures.
- Client Ombudsman –After the HR solution is implemented, Pinnacle assumes the role of client ombudsman. In this role, Pinnacle works to ensure client satisfaction, performs due diligence and helps client evaluate future HR needs. As new needs arise, Pinnacle executes its proven methodology to design and implement the appropriate solution. Pinnacle becomes your advocate for all of your HR Outsourcing needs, start to finish!
