  • Allen T. Cadora President & Chief Executive Officer As CEO, Allen Cadora sets the strategic direction for Pinnacle and its affiliates. Allen earned an Industrial Management degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and served as an officer in the United States Navy. After military service, Allen worked as a financial underwriter and surety bond specialist for Travelers Insurance. He then spent twenty-five years in commercial real estate development and business investment.
  • Scott A. Cadora Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Scott Cadora oversees Pinnacle's operations, marketing and client service. Scott is responsible for implementing Pinnacle's strategic direction and for ensuring that Pinnacle and its partners deliver consistent quality service to its clients. Scott has an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and Bachelor degrees in Management and International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is the past president of the Georgia Tech Business Network and is a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum.
  • Deborah J. Bright Mid-Market HRO Specialist Deborah Bright specializes in developing HR outsourcing solutions for mid-market clients. Deborah has worked eight years on HRO projects as a Director with Hewitt Associates (formerly Exult, Inc.). She was responsible for daily service delivery on the BP and Cintas accounts, serving over 70,000 domestic and international employees. Deborah delivered over six major HRO projects and fifty enhancements to client systems. Prior to joining Exult, Inc., Deborah worked for Ernst & Young, LLP, where she was a member of E&Y's HRO team for the "click and mortar" start-up, Dekor. Deborah holds a degree in Genetics from the University of California, Davis. She also holds an MBA from the Gouizueta School of Business, Emory University.
